1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Only clothing items purchased directly from Petlstitch are eligible

Items on sale or clearance, or marked non-returnable, are not eligible for return
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@zenoverse.in with your order ID and reason for return

Our support team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours

Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or share return instructions
3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes our quality check

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order separately.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item:

We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
